The Harrison Chamber of Commerce is an organization working to promote business in Harrison, MI and the surrounding area.
The site features a large amount of database-driven content, including a searchable member directory (with detail pages for each member), phone directory, event calendar, news/announcements facility, newsletter archive, board of directors page, photo galleries, and a page highlighting the large number of recreational lakes in the area. The site also includes a custom-built site search, two distinct contact forms (one intended for general inquiries, one oriented towards potential new members), and a number of non-database-backed pages providing general information about the Chamber and the City of Harrison. Lastly, the site makes very heavy use of embedded Google Maps; this includes a map indicating the business' location on almost all member detail pages, maps centered on each of the area's many lakes, and generic Harrison city map.
